It is a fill-in notebook divided into 3 sections - DAILY PAGES | MEETINGS | PROJECTS

DAILY PLANNER PAGES:
Use your daily planner pages to identify your priority for the day, schedule and to-do’s. At the end of the page is a section for notes. Fill in the date and everything else as needed.

It is intentionally kept simple and concise so you don’t over-commit, overdo, and lose focus within your day.

This section contains 92 days (approximately one quarter of the year) worth of daily pages. This feature offers a fresh start for each period in the year, facilitating easy reflection when referring back to that particular time period.

MEETING PAGES:
The middle section of this notebook is for you to capture notes during meetings (Of any kind. Think - online, in-person, phone calls, events etc). Eighty pages are included here.

The top of the page gives you the essential fill-in organizational elements for the date, topic, contributors, and the context/goal so you can keep everything you need - together. It even has pagination in case you need more than one page for a particular meeting.

PROJECT PAGES:
These pages are designed for projects that need specific development, clarity, drawings/mind maps, or tasks that are directly related to one particular area. At the top is the project name, date and outcome. Think - What am I working on (ie. Launch of product B), what needs to come out of it (ie. Confirm release date & theme). Then - we move on to tasks that need to get done related to the project (ie. Book meeting with design department, find reference images, etc).

It ensures that important project details remain organized and accessible, which can then be turned into tasks on your daily page as needed.

ORIGIN STORY

THE WORK NOTEBOOK

A dear friend sends a text with 3 videos. Each video showcases her franticly turning the scribbled pages of her notebook. Several minutes later - the thread ends with the friend saying "Help. My million dollar budget meeting notes are beside the name of allergy medication I am supposed to look into. The contact name and email address for a potential intern is in between my grocery list. Seriously. Help."

Fast forward a few months of iteration, testing (among people in all different industries) and the Work Notebook was born. Here to help all of us keep our work stuff together. A little help can go a long way. See for yourself.

How big is it?

The size is officially 6.69" x 9.61" (170.126 mm x 244.074 mm). Non-officially - it is the perfect size, of course. Not too big (it can fit in your bag without being too heavy), and not too small. Spacious enough to write in without struggling. It is also a total of 203 pages which includes a few intro pages, 93 daily pages (a quarter of the year), 30 project pages and 70 + meeting pages.

What colours does it come in?

Currently you can get this notebook in Black, Chartreuse Yellow, Dusty Mauve and Deep Evergreen. (In non-fussy terms it comes in Black, Bright Yellow-iwsh, Light Purple-y and Green). But...if you are dreaming of a particular colour - get in touch. We just might be able to make it happen.

Is it only in softcover and non-coil?
