Products & Pricing

Payment
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. By submitting your order, you authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.
Shipping
We ship within Canada only, from Calgary, Alberta. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days depending on your location. These are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Please see the FAQ for more information about inventory restrictions.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@thispagepapergoods.com. Physical items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that under Canadian consumer protection law, we are not required to accept returns for change of mind, but we will do our best to work with you to find a resolution.
Digital Products
Some products sold on this site are digital downloads. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive access to your digital files via email link or download page. Digital products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. You may not redistribute, resell, or share digital files without prior written permission from This Page Paper Goods.
