Wellness is multifaceted. Layered. With shifting priorities as we live and evolve.
Sometimes the focus needs to be on our physical health. Like ... "Hey- I think I need to eat more protein". Let me write down some good recipes or the name of a supplement.
Sometimes it's physical in a different way. What if our sleep is being interrupted by dreams? That's a physical part of our wellness but - it's actually more.
It's an opportunity to tap into our subconscious and explore what is bubbling up and revealing itself when we are in a different state.
